The Light We Draw, Yoga & Art for Inner Balance
The Light We Draw is a 6-hour immersive yoga and art workshop designed to cultivate inner balance through embodied movement, breath, reflection, and creative expression. Together, we will explore Sattva — the quality of harmony, presence, and compassionate awareness — not as something to achieve, but as something to uncover.
Through mindful yoga practice, nervous system-informed breath work, and guided drawing experiences, participants will gently shift from reactivity toward regulation… from busyness toward clarity… from self-judgment toward creative presence.
No artistic experience is necessary. This is not about making “good art.”
It is about noticing the light that is already within you — and allowing it to move through your hands.

Rest in Radiance: Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra
As we enter into the fullness of summer, this practice invites us to reconnect with the radiant quality of our own being, not as something we must earn or manufacture, but as something already present beneath striving, depletion, and distraction.
In yogic philosophy, the true self is often described as luminous, whole, and untouched by circumstance. Together, we'll soften enough to rest in that remembering.
This 90-minute offering will include supported restorative yoga, gentle breath awareness, and a guided yoga nidra practice designed to nourish the nervous system and invite ease throughout the body and mind. While deeply restful, this practice also makes space for warmth, vitality, clarity, and inner brightness, qualities associated with the expansive energy of the summer season.
No prior experience with yoga or meditation is necessary. All bodies and levels of experience are welcome.

Rest in Awareness: Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra
Rest in Awareness is a deeply nourishing practice designed to support rest, relaxation, and nervous system regulation. Each 90-minute session combines supported restorative yoga and guided yoga nidra, inviting the body to soften, the mind to settle, and awareness to expand beyond the constant doing of daily life.
Restorative yoga encourages physical ease through the use of props and comfortable, fully supported postures, while yoga nidra offers a guided meditative experience that cultivates stillness and deep presence. Together, these practices create space to replenish energy, reduce stress, and reconnect with a sense of inner steadiness.

Holistic Yoga: From Movement to Stillness
In many modern yoga classes, movement is often the primary focus. In this two-hour practice, we'll explore yoga as a complete system, gradually moving from the more tangible practices of mindful movement into the subtler practices of pranayama (conscious breathing) and meditation.
Through these practices, we'll create space to settle the body, steady the mind, and experience the deeper dimensions of yoga. The spacious format allows time to slow down, integrate, and explore yoga beyond the poses.
When: Sunday, July 26th, 2-4pm

Slow Down + Exhale, Gentle Yoga and Meditation
This Friday evening practice offers a chance to intentionally shift gears, release the week behind you, and settle into the weekend with greater ease.
Together, we'll move through a slow, grounding sequence that emphasizes mindful movement, gentle stretching, and time to linger in postures without rushing. Most of the practice takes place close to the ground, allowing the body to soften while creating space for breath, release, and reflection.
We'll close with a brief guided meditation to help quiet the mind and support a sense of calm and clarity as you move into the weekend.

Yoga Book Club brings together some of my favorite things: meaningful conversation, mindful movement, community, snacks, and, of course, a really good book!
For this gathering, we'll discuss Beyond Anxiety: Curiosity, Creativity, and Finding Your Life's Purpose by Martha Beck. In this thoughtful and accessible book, Beck explores anxiety through the lenses of neuroscience, psychology, creativity, and contemplative practice. Rather than treating anxiety as something to fight or eliminate, she invites us to approach it with curiosity, compassion, and greater self-understanding.

Moon Flow: A New Moon Yoga Practice, Saturday, June 13th, 4-5:15pm
Join us for a 75-minute practice inspired by the quiet, receptive energy of the moon. Taking place the evening before the new moon, this class invites us to slow down, turn inward, and move in rhythm with the body and breath.
We’ll begin with Moon Salutations (Chandra Namaskar), a flowing and repetitive sequence traditionally associated with lunar energy. While the practice can gently build heat in the body, the steady repetition creates a meditative rhythm, like waves moving back and forth with the tide. This rhythmic movement can help settle the nervous system, soften mental chatter, and invite the attention inward. Moon salutations are often practiced to cultivate receptivity, balance, ease, and reflection.
From there, we’ll transition into cooling pranayama (breathwork) practices designed to soothe and regulate the nervous system while deepening qualities often associated with lunar energy: nourishment, spaciousness, intuition, and renewal. We’ll close with a brief guided meditation and time to rest.
This practice is open to all levels, including beginners.

Breathe-to-Balance, Pranayama (breathwork) Class
In this 75-minute class, we’ll explore the transformative power of pranayama (breathwork or “conscious breathing” rooted in yogic wisdom) to self-regulate and balance the nervous system. We’ll begin with 15 minutes of gentle movement (asana) to open the chest, side body, and upper-mid back. After reviewing proper techniques, benefits, and contraindications, we’ll move into our pranayama practice. We’ll conclude with a grounding meditation and time for reflection. Beginners to yoga and breathwork are always welcome.

Sip & Sound
Join us for an intimate evening of wellness and deep rest. We’ll begin with a guided sampling of Rise and a brief holistic wellness presentation focused on energy, mood, and feeling more balanced in everyday life. Then, settle into a 60-minute sound bath with facilitator Paige Sims designed to help you soften, reset, and restore.

Moon Flow: A New Moon Yoga Practice
Join Christina Rodriguez, E-RYT 500, YACEP, for a 60-minute evening yoga practice aligned with the energy of the new moon, a time traditionally associated with inward attention, rest, and renewal.
This class will begin with a Moon Salutation flow. Moon salutations are a slower, more fluid alternative to sun salutations and are often practiced to support receptivity, balance, and ease. As daylight fades, we will move with breath and awareness, allowing the practice to soften both body and mind.
Following the flow, we will transition into a cooling pranayama practice and a brief guided meditation to support stillness and integration.
This class is open to all levels and offered as an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and practice in rhythm with the lunar cycle.

Holding What Hurts: Anger, Rage & Moral Injury. Meditation & Community Circle
This 90-minute community circle is an invitation to come together for honest, brave conversation about anger, rage, and moral injury and how these experiences are living in us right now.
This circle approaches anger and rage as normal, human responses to harm, and invites us to consider how we metabolize these emotions in ways that support connection, integrity, and meaningful action in the world.
The intention of this circle is to help participants feel less isolated in their responses, and more supported in navigating what it means to stay human in a painful and complex time.

Join Mary for an evening of movement and connection. Each session begins with a 50-minute Tai Chi class, a gentle, flowing practice that cultivates balance, coordination, and inner calm. Through mindful movement and breath, Tai Chi helps reduce stress, support circulation, and enhance overall well-being. All levels are welcome.
After class, you’re invited to stay for an optional Community Circle focused on spiritual and personal enrichment topics. The circle offers a relaxed space for reflection, discussion, and mutual support as well as a chance to connect with others in a meaningful way.

Community Slow Flow, Free Yoga Class
Join Christina Rodriguez, E-RYT 500, YACEP for a slow, mindful vinyasa flow designed to be accessible to all levels of experience. This class will move at an unhurried pace, with options offered throughout, and an emphasis on breath, presence, and care for your body.
Come as you are. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
This class is offered as an opportunity to gather in community, to move and breathe together in a supportive space, and to make new connections along the way. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice, you are welcome here.
There is no cost to attend, but advance registration is required so we can prepare the space. Please bring a friend or two!
Resilience Workshop: Building a Home Yoga Practice That Lasts
Join Christina Rodriguez, E-RYT-500, YACEP for a three-hour workshop on the importance of home practice for lifelong yoga practitioners. This session will help you think expansively about what yoga practice can be—showing that it is adaptable, spacious, and capable of meeting you exactly where you are in life.
