Holistic Yoga

Join Christina for an immersive two-hour practice exploring the wisdom of yoga as a complete path for body, mind, and spirit. This holistic experience blends movement, breath, meditation, and reflection to restore balance and deepen self-awareness.

We’ll begin with 75 minutes of mindful vinyasa flow—steady, intentional movement guided by breath—to strengthen and open the body. From there, we’ll explore 15 minutes of breathwork designed to harmonize the nervous system and bring clarity to the mind. The final 30 minutes invite stillness through guided meditation and optional journaling prompts to integrate insight and experience.

This class welcomes practitioners of all levels who wish to connect more deeply with the heart of yoga—beyond the poses.

Investment: $35. Props are provided; please bring your mat, a water bottle, and a journal or notebook if you enjoy writing.
