Resilience Workshop: Building a Home Yoga Practice That Lasts

Join Christina Rodriguez, E-RYT 500, YACEP for a three-hour workshop on the importance of home practice for lifelong yoga practitioners. This session will help you think expansively about what yoga practice can be—showing that it is adaptable, spacious, and capable of meeting you exactly where you are in life.

We’ll explore the following topics:

  • What is Home Practice? Defining personal practice and its significance

  • Home vs. Community Practice Understanding their roles and benefits

  • Common Obstacles Identifying challenges that hinder consistency

  • Sustaining Your Practice Tips for staying committed through life’s ups and downs

This workshop includes:

  • A sample home practice incorporating movement, breathwork, and meditation

  • Community circle in a supportive, inclusive environment

  • Reflection and journaling

  • Complimentary hot tea and snacks

Yoga teachers, this workshop is eligible for CEUs through Yoga Alliance. Please indicate if you need CEUs upon registration.

When: Sunday, March 22, 1-4pm

Investment: $85. Please bring your own mat, a journal, and pen. Props are available for your use.
