Community Slow Flow, Free Yoga Class

Join Christina Rodriguez, E-RYT 500, YACEP for a slow, mindful vinyasa flow designed to be accessible to all levels of experience. This class will move at an unhurried pace, with options offered throughout, and an emphasis on breath, presence, and care for your body.

Come as you are. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

This class is offered as an opportunity to gather in community, to move and breathe together in a supportive space, and to make new connections along the way. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice, you are welcome here.

There is no cost to attend, but advance registration is required so we can prepare the space. Please bring a friend or two!

When: Friday, March 27th, 6-7pm

Investment: Free of charge. Registration is required and space is limited. Please bring your yoga mat (we do have extras available). All other props provided.
