As the earth tilts toward its longest night, we gather to honor the quiet wisdom of winter, the still point between what has been and what’s to come.
Through 60 minutes of gentle restorative yoga followed by a 30-minute guided yoga nidra, this practice invites you to slow down, release, and renew. Supported postures and conscious rest help restore balance to body and mind, while yoga nidra offers a deep journey inward, a space to listen, dream, and reconnect with your inner light.
Join us for this seasonal evening of nourishment and stillness as we rest in the turning of the year.
