This special seasonal class invites you to slow down and reconnect with gratitude—the quiet, sustaining kind that leads us to contentment and joy. Through supported postures and guided yoga nidra, we’ll cultivate a sense of spacious appreciation for the body, breath, and life itself.
This 90-minute class includes 60 minutes of restorative yoga, where props support the body in rest, followed by a 30-minute guided yoga nidra, or “dynamic sleep,” a meditative practice that invites profound release, healing, and inner stillness.
