The Subtle Body: Breath, Energy, and Meditation
The Subtle Body: Breath, Energy, and Meditation is a core module within the Kindred Path Yoga Teacher Training. This weekend invites trainees into a deeper exploration of yogic models that describe the inner landscape of practice beyond the physical body.
Through study and experiential practice, trainees explore pranayama, meditation, and foundational concepts of the subtle body including prana, vayus, nadis, chakras, and koshas. Emphasis is placed on discernment, cultural context, and trauma-informed application, supporting practices that are grounded, ethical, and accessible.
This module is designed as part of a cohesive teacher training curriculum and is not available as a drop-in or standalone offering.
