Tai Chi & Potpourri

Join Mary Spencer for an uplifting gathering that blends gentle movement and meaningful conversation. Each session begins with 30–40 minutes of Tai Chi to help you center your body and mind, followed by a relaxed group discussion exploring a spiritual or life-enriching topic. All are welcome—no prior experience necessary. Come as you are and leave feeling more grounded, open, and connected.
