What does it mean to live yoga off the mat?
How do we align our practice with our values — in body, breath, and life?
Join Christina Rodriguez, 500RYT, 200ERYT, YACEP for Rooted, a four-session journey into the ethical foundation of yoga through the yamas and niyamas — guiding principles for how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us.
Over eight weeks (meeting every other Sunday), we’ll explore these teachings through a blend of:
Movement practice (all levels)
Breathwork and guided meditation
Short dharma talks + reflective prompts
Community connection + integration practices
This series invites you to move beyond theory and into embodied, lived inquiry — rooting your practice in compassion, clarity, and integrity.
