In this two-hour session, you’ll experience a holistic journey through the system of yoga, blending movement, breathwork, and meditation. Grounded in yoga ethics, we’ll flow through 75 minutes of yoga postures to build strength and flexibility, practice 15 minutes of breathwork to regulate the nervous system and balance energy, and conclude with a 30-minute guided meditation to cultivate inner stillness. Journal prompts are also provided for those that like to write. Beginners to the practice are always welcome. Props are provided.
