Winds of Change. Normalizing the Human Experience.

As fall begins to whisper cooler breezes and we can see change through the trees, many of us feel can feel a shift in our mind and bodies. Our past and present thoughts surface in unexpected ways. Whether from loss, transition, burnout, or simply the ache of being human—our emotions wants to move.

Winds of Change is a fall workshop where we’ll explore how these emotions flow through the body using the wisdom of yoga, breath, and energetic awareness.

We’ll work with:

  • The chakras, our inner energy centers that hold emotion and experience

  • The vayus, the yogic “winds” that guide pranic movement

  • Tools like journaling, somatic movement, breath work, and meditation to support gentle release.

This is not a workshop to fix anything—it’s a space to feel, soften, and move with what’s present.

What Should I Expect?

🍁Inquiry and journaling.

🍂Movement practice for a 1 hour exploration.

🍁Circle Discussion Opportunities.

🍂Yoga Nidra-Deep Rest Practice.
