Slow Down and Exhale

Ease into the long weekend with a grounding practice designed to help you release the week and reconnect with yourself. This Friday evening class blends slow, intentional movement with seated deep stretching and a brief guided meditation to create space for release and reflection. Whether you’re staying local or heading out of town, come slow down, soften your edges, and start the weekend in ease. All are welcome, especially if you’re new to yoga.

Investment: $25. Veterans and active-duty military personnel receive a $10 discount by using code MEMORIALDAY at checkout. Please bring your own mat. Blocks, bolsters, and blankets are available for your use.
