Beginning With Intention

As we enter a new year, there is often pressure to set goals, “fix” ourselves, or rush into change. But healing and growth don’t begin with pressure — they begin with presence.

Beginning With Intention is a workshop developed with compassionate awareness of the ever-changing landscape of life. Assisting you to step into the new year with more clarity, grace, and with a grounded sense of support. This first session in the I Am Supported series offers space to pause, breathe, and listen to what your body and heart truly need.

Through calming breathwork, somatic movement, nervous-system regulation, journaling, and a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra, you’ll explore what it means to begin not from anxiety or expectation, but from intention. Together, we will create a supportive environment where your experience—whatever it may be—is honored and held with care.

This workshop includes:

  • Gentle, accessible yoga

  • Breath and grounding practices

  • Journaling + reflection

  • Somatic movement for release

  • A 30-minute Yoga Nidra for deep rest

  • Compassionate, community-centered support

  • Light refreshments will be available

You don’t need a resolution.
You don’t need to feel “ready.”
You only need to begin — with intention.

All are welcome in this space.
Your story, your challenges, your hope, and your breath belong here.
